Conny and I are delighted to welcome you to our 2 or 4 day retreats. Through a programme organised so that each workshop acts in synergy with the others, your inner journey will start with a progressive relaxation, be followed by a re-harmonisation, a deep emotional cleansing, a complete body and energy realignment, and will end with a re-energisation of your inner energy.
WITH THIS COMPLETE MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL RESET, YOU WILL:
Get rid of muscular tension and joint pain linked to stress.
Regain a fine and deep perception of your body, of your sensations, to rebalance and re-align yourself physically.
Regain tone and power.
Express and evacuate blocked emotions and regain clarity and serenity.Set and deeply anchor your intentions to significantly improve your life.
The 5 pillars of the retreats

BIO-DYNAMIC RELAXATION
Reconnecting breathing and movement.
Remove musculoskeletal tension and blockages.
Increasing body awareness and perception.
Achieve a deep state of relaxation to remove limiting beliefs and implant motivational intentions.
Regain fullness and energy.
YOGA
Yoga is the stilling of the movements of the mind.
Through the combination of physical exercises, concentration, breath and meditation, yoga practice helps to achieve the union of the human being in its physical, mental and spiritual aspects.
Yoga is a way to refine personal body intelligence so that sensations can be perceived more clearly and physical and mental strength can be created. A regular yoga practice helps you to balance and align yourself more clearly.
BREATHING
Cardiac Coherence
Introduction to the technique, with explanations of the physiological mechanisms, and practice.
The benefits are immediate, and practitioners are autonomous by the end of this workshop.
Emotional Release Breathing
A session accompanied by 7 cycles of intense breathing with pauses. This technique brings up a whole range of contained emotions, and allows them to be released in a safe and caring environment.
A full briefing and meditation accompany this workshop.
VOCAL TAI-CHI & ECSTATIC DANCE
Vocal Tai Chi is a form of free singing inspired by the principles and practice of Tai Chi. The intense vibration that the group creates through this singing is intensely felt by the participants.
Ecstatic dance is a form of dance, or bodily expression, in which the dancers, without the need to follow specific steps, move freely according to the inspiration and emotions suggested by the music, sometimes to the point of trance and ecstasy.

BIO-DYNAMIC RELAXATION PRACTITIONER
Never stop exploring !
I started my career as an art director in communication agencies, in Paris, for about twenty years, then as a creative director and partner in a health communication agency. While evolving in this creative and stressful world, I used to recharge my batteries in nature through my practice of outdoor sports: climbing, mountaineering, mountain biking, hiking, trail running or even paragliding, skydiving and basejumping/wingsuiting in high doses.
In parallel to these rejuvenating activities, I discovered the world of well-being in the early 90s (relaxation – massage) and then therapeutic practices such as Mézières physiotherapy, circulatory, joint and muscle massages…
It was when I moved to Switzerland, in Interlaken in 2015, that the path of the arts of well-being became more and more obvious. Some people encouraged me to pass on professionally what I was giving intuitively. The framework was set…
I am interested in all kinds of practices: NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), NVC (Non Violent Communication), Wim Hof method, Cardiac Coherence, the use of sound for healing, and other techniques that enrich my practice of Bio-Dynamic Relaxation.

18 YEARS OF YOGA PRACTICE
My life is a wonderful journey to discover my inner and outer world.
I started my career as a technical draughtsman in the construction industry, in an architectural office. I have always been attracted to distant countries.
During various long journeys I got to know myself in depth. It was during my first trip to Asia that I discovered yoga. Since that day yoga has been an integral part of my life. During the following trips, 9 months in New Zealand and Switzerland West and East Africa I discovered how courage, curiosity and trust in my own intuition opened the doors to very valuable encounters. Again, the practice of yoga and meditation allowed me to strengthen my connection with myself.
These experiences have strengthened my resolve to follow my heart and go into teaching, both in primary school and independently through mindfulness classes for children. I integrate Yoga and Meditation into my classes. I am also interested in non-violent communication and the sensitivities (hypersensitivities) of children.
During these 18 years I have explored different yoga techniques, as well as breathing and meditation techniques, in weekly classes and weekend retreats in Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga. My yoga sessions are a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa accompanied by breathing and relaxation.
Besides yoga, I like to be in nature. Hiking, climbing, skiing and snowboarding, cycling, swimming and diving, gardening, reading a book and relaxing are activities that enrich my life.
I would say that I am a fundamentally positive person and I see my role as spreading this light in the world.
